Required Documents
- A copy of passport for international applicants/ personal identity card for Saudi applicants and the residency permit for applicants residing in Saudi Arabia
Certified copies of graduation certificate and transcript for bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (for PhD applicants).
A statement of purpose in which the student explains his/her reasons and the research plan that motivated him to apply for the King Fahd University Scholarship.
Recommendation letter submitted via the online recommendation system.
GMAT test certificate (only required for MBA program applicants).
Supporting Documents:
- Certificate proving your proficiency in the English language: TOEFL test: 68 for master’s degrees, 79 for doctoral degrees, IELTS test: 6 for a master’s degree, and 6.5 for a doctorate.
- GRE General(min. Quant: 156, min. Analytical Writing:4.0).

Admission requirements for King Fahd University to master's and doctoral studies:
Minimum requirements for admission to master’s and doctoral programs in engineering, science, and management at King Fahd University:
- The student must have an academic degree in engineering or science from a recognized university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 00.
- Satisfy the English language requirements.
- GRE certification.
For MBA program applicants:
- The student must have taken at least one calculus course.
- GMAT certification
- Proficient computer skills.
- At least one year of work experience.

Students can apply for the King Fahd University Scholarship through the online admission portal at the university.

- Create an account in the admission portal.
- Confirm the account by e-mail.
- Fill in all the required information.
